Most Wanted City of Fear Primary Objective Stop Scarecrow from detonating the Fear Toxin bomb Meet Commissioner Gordon by the Bat-Signal on the GCPD rooftop Eventually, you'll be reacquainted with the dark knight himself, high atop a radio tower overlooking Gotham City. Your first task is to locate Commissioner Gordon, currently waiting on a rooftop near the Bat Signal in the distance. Leap off the building and glide toward your destination, using the waypoint marker to guide you to your rendezvous point. If you begin to lose momentum on your travels, don't forget that you can dive to the earth and pull back up to glide higher and faster. Of course, you've full access to your trusty Grapnel Boost too, enabling you to latch onto distant objects and zip through the air at ludicrous speeds. Once you reach your destination, Gordon will fill you in on the current Scarecrow situation, pointing you in the direction of your next lead. Rescue the missing police office With the frankly overwhelming expanse of Gotham spread before you, it's time to start your hunt for Unit 247. Locate the waypoint marker then hop down off your perch, gliding toward your new goal. On your arrival, follow the prompts and begin picking off the swarm of goons surrounding the police officer using a selection of strikes and counters. Once the last enemy has been felled, interact with Unit 247 to proceed. Next, follow the on-screen prompt to even the odds in just about the flashiest way imaginable. When you're safely ensconced in the Batmobile, hit accelerate and start your journey through the streets, taking time to familiarise yourself with the car's controls. Interrogate the driver of the military vehicle for information on Scarecrow Once you're up to eye watering speed, track down the armoured truck by following the moving waypoint marker through the city. You can also use the convenient guide arrows on the ground to navigate the streets more efficiently. Roar along the rain-slicked roads until you've caught up with the military vehicle. Once you're close enough to your target, the Batmobile's weapons targeting system automatically begins locking on. Fire a missile when prompted to dish out some considerable damage, then adjust your position, ready to lock on again. When you've got the truck in your sights a second time, launch another strike. Repeat the process until the van comes to a dramatic stop. Finally, exit the Batmobile, locate the driver lying on the ground near his decimated van, then begin the interrogation. Investigate the Scarecrow's safe house Once the vial of Scarecrow's toxin is yours, summon the Batmobile again and hop inside. Follow the waypoint marker until you reach your destination, then disembark. Scarecrow's safe house lies in the penthouse atop the nearby Tanaga Dojo building. Grapple your way up the side until you reach its ornate peak. Climb to the very top and locate the ceiling window leading down into the building. Glide kick your way in, then take care of the thugs below. Say hello to Poison Ivy then, back out in the rain, prepare to bring down the gathering militia with a bit of high tech ingenuity. Follow the on-screen prompts to bring up your quick menu and activate the Batmobile Remote. Destroy the incoming drone tanks Six unmanned tanks are marauding through Gotham's streets towards your position and you'll need to deal with them quickly. Activate Battle Mode as instructed, then make use of the Batmobile's onboard Vulcan Gun and 60mm Cannon. Familiarise yourself with the mode's controls then, once the tanks make their presence known, start picking them off one by one. As you do, you'll notice thin blue lines emanating from your opponents' gun turrets - these denote the drone's targeting system. Stray into a line and it turns red; stay there too long and the tank will successfully lock on to your position and fire. Given that the Batmobile's armour only offers a limited amount of protection, you should aim to keep moving during the fight to prevent your enemies from successfully locking on. Once you've obliterated all six drones, head toward the waypoint marker and park your vehicle on top of the glowing square on the ground. To complete the sequence, deactivate Battle Mode so that Batman and Poison Ivy can safely climb onboard. Run Battle Mode weapon energy system diagnostics Back in the driving seat, follow the waypoint marker until you reach the glowing green icon ahead. Come to a halt close by and begin the Weapon Energy Diagnostics training challenge. Training Mission Weapon Energy Diagnostics Here, your task is to charge your secondary weapon's energy gauge by destroying the enemy targets. Once the gauge is full, you're able to activate the Batmobile's Missile Barrage ability. For the first part of your training, all targets are completely stationary. Activate Battle Mode and use your primary and secondary weapons to take them out one by one until your Missile Barrage Level 1 is ready. To bring the objective to a close, launch your Missile Barrage at a nearby vehicle. Next, you need to reach Missile Barrage Level 2, enabling you to target up to four vehicles at once. As before, take down the still-stationary targets until both Missile Barrage gauges are full. Finally, follow the on-screen prompts to destroy four vehicles simultaneously. The third part of the challenge is designed to illustrate how your Missile Barrage gauge depletes whenever you take damage. This time around, your targets are much more spritely - avoid their incoming attacks and return fire of your own. When your Missile Barrage is charged, deploy it to successfully destroy four active targets and end the mission, earning you your first upgrade point. Destroy the squadron of drone tanks occupying the Panessa Studios With training over, it's time to put your new-found firing skills to good use, taking out the deadly drone tanks swarming the Panessa Studios a short distance away. Slam the accelerator and head in the direction of the waypoint marker. The route ahead is full of sharp turns, so now is as good a time as any to practice your power-sliding skills. When you reach your destination, activate Battle Mode and begin laying waste to the horde of drone tanks rampaging around the area. Remember to keep an eye out for the enemy's lock-on attacks and strafe to avoid them. Don't forget, too, that you can bring down multiple targets at once as soon as your Missile Barrage is charged. Take Ivy to the GCPD Lockup With the streets a little safer, you're ready to drop Ivy off with the good old Gotham City Police Department. Follow the waypoint marker back through the city and drive through the gate once you arrive at your destination. On the other side, follow the tunnel down to the parking lot and disembark to proceed. Once Ivy is safely locked away, take a few moments to explore the police station and its impressive Evidence Archive and listen in to the various conversations going on around you. When you're ready to continue, approach Commissioner Gordon at the Maximum Security desk to get a status update on Gotham's Scarecrow problem. As soon as the cut-scene is over, you'll gain access to the mission select screen. Bring it up to examine the missions currently available to you The Line of Duty requiring you to track down the missing members of the Station 17 fire crew, The Perfect Crime, Riddler's Revenge and City of Fear. Note that selecting a mission sets the relevant waypoint for you to follow back outside. Before continuing on with the main story, it's worth tackling the first part of Riddler's Revenge mission. Set a waypoint marker as instructed, then, once out of the menu, pass between the security gates and make your way through the door into the cells. You can speak to Jack Ryder in the interview room to the left if you wish, adding his bio info to your Wayne Tech menu. Once you're ready to proceed, work your way along the corridor past the holding cells and out into the parking lot. Días oscuros están llegando, Batman, la profecía se está haciendo realidad, tu eres el guerrero que cerrará las puertas del infierno, tu eres el que va a salvar a este día, y al hacerlo, los acontecimientos que se producirán no se puede detener, de las cenizas de Arkham se alzaran, el fuego rugirá y Ciudad Gótica se quemará, y tu, tu te quemaras con ella. ” ― Azrael a Batman Michael Lane fue alguna vez parte de una iniciativa para crear al "mejor luchador contra el crimen," sin embargo una serie de eventos lo llevaron a convertirse en Azrael, el cruzado vengador de la Orden de San Dumas. Él es uno de los personajes secundarios de la Serie Arkham. Historia Antes de Arkham City En algún punto de su vida, Michael Lane se desempeño como oficial de policía sin embargo una serie de eventos inesperados lo llevaron a convertirse en Azrael antes de la apertura de Arkham City. Es posible que Azrael fuera testigo de la carrera de Batman desde sus comienzos hasta los eventos de Arkham City, dado que él le revelo al héroe que llevaba mucho tiempo observándolo. Batman Arkham City Azrael es el protagonista de la misión secundaria "Vigilante al Acecho". Batman logró encontrar a Azrael varias veces por toda Akham City observándolo. Cada vez que se le acercó, Azrael le dijo que aun no era tiempo de hablar y desaparecía ante sus ojos tras tallar unos símbolos en el suelo. Tras escanear los distintos símbolos dejados por el vigilante, Batman logró reconstruir una extraña figura, que al posicionada sobre un mapa le indicó una ubicación especifica en Arkham City. Al llegar al lugar indicado el patio trasero de la catedral, Azrael se presentó y le informó al héroes que había sido enviado por la orden San Dumas a observarlo con el fin de determinar si él era el guerrero que una antigua profecía mencionaba. Azrael le reveló que próximamente Ciudad Gótica arderia en llamas y que solo Batman podría salvarla. Batman le dijo que no creia en ese tipo de historia, pero antes de marcharse, Azrael le aseguró que debería comenzar a hacerlo. Después de Arkham City Luego que Batman rescato a Cash y el Equipo Médico del Acertijo, un gran número de reclusos atacó la iglesia buscando venganza contra Quincy Sharp. Cuando estos consiguieron derribar las puertas, Azrael se presentó para salvarlos. Al verlo Cash recordó la ocasión que conoció a Azrael en su tiempo como novato de la policía. Cash y su compañero estaban investigando una pista relacionada a unos asesinatos en la Orden de San Dumas, pero cuando llegaron se encontraron con Azrael armado con una espada y rodeado por niños atemorizados. El compañero de Cash, pensando que Azrael era el asesino, le ordeno hacerse para atrás pero Azrael no lo obedeció por lo cual él le disparó. El compañero de Cash le ordeno a este salir del edificio con los niños. En medio de la evacuación, Cash olvido a una niña pero cuando regresó a por ella él vio a su compañero quemar el cuerpo de Azrael. Luego de ese incidente, se reveló que Azrael no había sido el asesino ya que el verdadero fue encontrado más adelante muerto por una apuñalada. Posteriormente el compañero de Cash renunció a la policía. Cuando los reclusos atravesaron la puerta con la ayuda de Bane, a quien haba convencido de que había un contener de TITAN en el edificio, Azrael se lanzo al ataque velozmente. Él acabó con alguno de los reclusos antes de cruzarse con Bane, quien termino arrojándolo dentro de la iglesia. Cash saltó en defensa de Azrael y consiguió herir a Bane en el rostro. Bane, con ira, casi mató a Cash pero Azrael le saltó encima y consiguió derrotar a Bane cortando su tanque de Venom. Ante eso Azrael llamó a Cash 'novato', un sobrenombre que su compañero solía usar con él. Tras derrotar y capturar a Bane, Azrael y el resto del personal médico comenzaron a luchar contra el resto de reclusos hasta hacerlos huir. Posteriormente Azrael se marchó con Vicki Vale tras decirle a Cash tenía algunas amistades interesantes. Arkham Knight Azrael es el protagonista de la misión secundaria “Heredero de la Capucha”. Un año después de la caída de Arkham City, la profecía de la Orden de San Dumas comenzó a hacerse realidad. Los días oscuro llegaron cuando el Espantapájaros regresó para vengarse de Batman junto a un equipo conformado con sus mayores villanos. Viendo las señales de su profecía Azrael se acercó a Batman para decirle que era su heredero legitimo en la protección de la ciudad si este llegaba a perecer, también le informo que seguiría su código de no matar. Sin saber lo que el futuro le deparaba, Batman decidió probarlo permitiéndole luchar contra varias simulaciones de enemigos. Batman secretamente utilizó esas pruebas para estudiar a Azrael. El cruzado eventualmente se mostro digno ante Batman, sin embargo, este último optó por esperar para nombrarlo su sucesor, a pesar de que Azrael consideraba que Ciudad Gótica no necesitaba desesperadamente. A su partida, Alfred se comunicó con Batman para decirle que la identidad de Azrael era Michael Lane, el cual tenía una irregularidad en su fisiología. En la Torre del Reloj, Batman descubrió un microprocesador implantado quirúrgicamente en el cerebro de Azrael, atado a su lóbulo temporal. Al echar un vistazo en las memorias de Azrael, Batman reconoció los símbolos de la Orden vistos en Arkham City lo cual le hizo sospechar que las memorias de Michael habían sido manipuladas para modificar su comportamiento inconsciente. Usando la Batcomputadora para rastrear todos los símbolos adheridos a la memoria, Batman descubrió por medio de un mensaje subliminal que la verdad misión de Azrael era ganarse la confianza de Batman para matarlo ya que este le había arrebatado su lugar como el verdadero protector de la ciudad. En ese momento Azrael se infiltró secretamente en la Torre del Reloj para confrontar a Batman, sin embargo este le reveló que la Orden había estado manipulando sus pensamiento. Sin más, Batman le entrego su espada para que pudiera tomar la decisión si matarlo o no. Si Azrael decide matar a Batman, este lo noqueara y llevara directo al confinamiento en el DPCG. Si Azrael entra en razón, él romperá su espada y se marchara tras prometerle a Batman enmendar sus errores y jurar hacerle pagar a la Orden por lo que le hizo. Si Azrael simplemente deja la Torre del Reloj sin romper su espada, Batman aparecerá detrás él para felicitarlo por hacer lo correcto. Tras darse la mano Azrael se marchara a por la Orden. Su espada, al no ser rota, permanecerá siendo exhibida en la Torre del Reloj. Después de Arkham Knight Un hombre es visto parado en una azotea en el final de Arkham Knight luego de que Bruce Wayne activó el Protocolo La Caída del Murciélago. Es posible que ese hombre sea Azrael, habiendo tomado el manto de Batman, pero eso es solo una especulación. Gameplay En una de las misiones secundarias de Batman Arkham Knight, el jugador puede ser Azrael. Cuando a este le toca atravesar las pruebas de Batman, Azrael demuestra luchar igual que el héroe. Alfred nota eso y señala que es probable que eso fuera resultado de las observaciones de Azrael hacia él en Arkham City. Curiosidades Al principio del juego, cuando Bruce Wayne ingresa a Arkham City, si se mira por encima se puede ver a Azrael observándolo desde la cornisa de un edificio. Hay un logro/trofeo en el juego en que consiste en encontrar a alguien con quien jugar a lanzar el batarang. Una vez que Batman encuentra a lejos a Azrael, si le lanza un batarag, éste lo atrapará, desbloqueando inmediatamente el logro/trofeo. Los jugadores que reservaron Batman Arkham Origins para PS3, conseguieron el traje de Jean Paul para Batman. Dentro de la Iglesia en el Centro Médico, se puede ver una imagen blanca de Azrael en una ventana. La profecía de Azrael se refiere a los eventos de Arkham City y Arkham Knight. Las “puertas del infierno” se refieren a Arkham City, " este día" se refiere al plan de Ra's al Ghul, "los acontecimientos que se producirán" se refiere al regreso del Espantapájaros , "Las cenizas de Arkham” se refiere al Arkham Knight, "el fuego rugirá" se refiere al nuevo gas del miedo del Espantapájaros, "Ciudad Gótica se quemara" se refiere a la ciudad siendo completamente abandonada por culpa del Gas del miedo, y "tú también te quemaras" se refiere a la muerte de Batman o su retiro tras derrotar al Espantapájaros y el Arkham Knight.
